Portable Power Station with Solar Panels for DMA Emergency Management

Background
The Virginia Department of Military Affairs, Emergency Management Department is seeking a contractor to supply and deliver Anker SOLIX Portable Power Station with Solar Panels or equivalent items. This initiative supports the National Guard's efforts in providing emergency services to the residents of Virginia during natural disasters or other critical events.

Work Details
The contractor is required to supply a total of 10 units of Anker Solix F2000 Portable Power Stations with Solar Panels or equivalent items that meet the following specifications:

- 2.4 kW Battery power station
- 400W portable solar panel
- Lithium Iron Phosphate battery
- Rechargeable via solar, AC, or car charger
- Minimum of 4 AC outlets (NEMA 5-20)
- At least 1 TT-30 RV Port
- Capable of discharging at 0 degrees Fahrenheit
- Wheels greater than 4 inches in diameter
- Retractable handle
- Weight less than 70 lbs.
- Dimensions not exceeding 2 ft in length, 2 ft in height, or 1 ft in width
- Comes with a 5-year warranty
- Compliance with UL standards (1012, 1778, 1973, and 60730). The Department reserves the right to determine equivalency for any substituted product and requires documentation for such determinations.

Period of Performance
All items must be delivered and invoiced by May 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
Delivery is to be made to the Department of Military Affairs at 5001 Waller Road, Richmond, Virginia 23230.

Bidder Requirements
This solicitation is set aside for small businesses. Bidders must be registered in eVA and provide proof of active status. Additionally, bidders proposing equivalent items must submit sales sheets or manufacturer documents for equivalency determination.
