Outdoor Movie Services at Sully District Starlight Drive-in Cinema

The solicitation is for outdoor movie services at Sully District Starlight Drive-in Cinema. The successful vendor is required to perform four one-night outdoor drive-in screening events to be held on specific dates at Sully Historic Site lot located in Chantilly, VA. The vendor is expected to provide movie screens, projection/audio processing equipment, supplementary sound, projection platform, power generation, event management, movie licensing, permits, taxes, licenses, and cancellation fees.

Work Details
The successful vendor shall perform four one-night outdoor drive-in screening events for Sully District Starlight Drive-in Cinema to be held on August 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2024 at Sully Historic Site lot located on 3650 Historic Sully Way, Chantilly, VA 20151.
The bidder is required to provide two separate bids for two options of movie screens: Option #1 - 52’x26’ AIRSCREEN Inflatable Movie Screens and Option #2 - One 40’x20’ AIRSCREEN Inflatable Movie Screens.
The vendor is also required to provide projection/audio processing equipment, supplementary sound, projection platform, power generation, event management, movie licensing, permits, taxes, licenses and cancellation fees.
Additionally, the successful bidder must include all necessary permits and pay all licenses, fees and taxes required to comply with local ordinances and state and federal laws.
The bid price shall not exceed $100,000.

The contract performance period includes four one-night outdoor drive-in screening events to be held on August 3, 10, 17 and 24, 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Sully Historic Site lot located on 3650 Historic Sully Way, Chantilly, VA 20151.
