Oracle/PeopleSoft Consulting

Background
The Commonwealth of Virginia, through the Virginia Community College System (VCCS), is seeking proposals for consulting services related to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions, specifically Oracle PeopleSoft products and other equivalent ERP systems.

The VCCS consists of 23 colleges and two central agencies. The goal of this contract is to provide functional and technical consulting services on an as-needed basis to enhance their ERP capabilities.

Work Details
The successful offeror will provide a range of services including:
1. Functional and technical consulting for ERP applications such as Student Information Systems (SIS), Financials ERP modules, Human Resources platforms, and ERP tools.
2. Database services related to ERP solutions including architecture, administration, performance monitoring, backup and recovery, and system monitoring tools.
3. Additional consulting services covering accessibility analysis, application implementation, integration support, business process reengineering, customizations recommendations, end-user documentation creation and updates, training, gap analysis, legacy data mapping, project management, regression testing, and overall ERP strategy development.
4. The offeror must maintain skilled personnel throughout the contract period including consultants and project managers with relevant experience in Oracle PeopleSoft or equivalent systems.

Period of Performance
The contract term is six (6) years with three (3) optional two-year renewals at the discretion of VCCS.

Place of Performance
Services will be provided across various locations within the Commonwealth of Virginia as needed by the VCCS entities.
