Description

This is an Intent to Bid (ITB) to solicit sealed proposals from qualified Vendors (Vendor) to conduct competitive negotiations to enter a contract with Manassas Park City Schools (MPCS) to furnish all labor and materials to replace the roof at Manassas Park Middle School (MPMS) in accordance with the stated requirements of this ITB (collectively, the Project). MPCS is seeking to replace the roof at Manassas Park Middle School.
Background
Manassas Park City Schools (MPCS) is seeking to replace the roof at Manassas Park Middle School. The school board reserves the right to cancel the invitation to bid or reject any and all bids when it is in the best interests of the school board. MPCS does not discriminate against faith-based organizations or bidders based on various factors prohibited by state law.

Work Details
The project involves replacing the roof at Manassas Park Middle School. All labor and materials are to be furnished by the vendor in accordance with the stated requirements of this ITB. The Bid Documents for this solicitation consist of the Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, all Addenda issued prior to the Bid Closing, Project Specifications and Drawings, and the Bid Form.

Period of Performance
The project is scheduled to begin on June 10, 2024, and should be completed by July 30, 2024.
