The addendums provide detailed modifications and clarifications to the original contract documents regarding specifications for items such as process control systems, rapid mix static mixers, valves, loss of head gauge panel, domestic water booster system specifications and drawings, finished water flow meter vault plan and section, 4" DI Fire inside the Water Treatment Building, ground storage tank foundation design considerations, access to the roof vent design recommendations, quantity required for contractor supply of initial fill of sodium fluoride crystals, approval of Lutz Jesco Peridos Series Chemical Feed pumps to be named on this project, and the requirement for first aid cabinets.
