Background
Prince William County Public Schools (PWCS) is issuing this solicitation for the cleaning of kitchen exhaust hoods and dryer ducts/vents. The agency conducts all procurement activities in accordance with PWCS purchasing regulations and applicable federal and state laws. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper maintenance and safety of kitchen and laundry facilities within the school system.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following services:

1. Cleaning of kitchen exhaust hoods, including all components such as filters, ducts, and fans to remove grease buildup.

2. Cleaning of dryer ducts/vents to ensure proper airflow and reduce fire hazards.

3. Compliance with all safety regulations during the cleaning process.

4. Provision of documentation post-cleaning, including before-and-after photos and a detailed report of services performed.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of one year, with options for renewal based on performance and mutual agreement.

The services will be performed at various locations within Prince William County Public Schools facilities.
