Background
The Virginia Distribution Center (VDC) is issuing a one-time bid for the procurement of bottled ketchup and bagged iodized salt. This solicitation aims to ensure the supply of quality food products that meet specific regulatory standards, supporting the mission of providing essential goods to state agencies and facilities.

Work Details
The contract involves the delivery of the following items:

1) Bottled Ketchup - specific brand and quantity not detailed in the solicitation;

All products must comply with USDA IMPS, Virginia Department of Agriculture regulations, Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, Federal Wholesale Meat Act, USDA Grade Standards, Federal Specifications, and Commercial Item Descriptions. Products must be wholesome, commercially available, of institutional quality or better, recently produced and packaged, and at time of delivery not more than 12 months old. Products with a maximum shelf life from manufacturing date of 12 months or less must have at least 90 days remaining shelf life at delivery. Vendors are required to provide documentation verifying compliance with specifications upon request. The delivery must be F.O.B. delivered to the Virginia Distribution Center in Sandston, Virginia.

The contract will be performed as a one-time bid with specific delivery dates to be determined upon award.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must certify that all products offered meet or exceed the requirements stated in the solicitation. Vendors are responsible for ensuring timely deliveries; late or non-conforming deliveries may result in default status.
