- **Steep Slope Metal Roof Replacement** covering approximately 55,079 square feet across areas (C, D, E, G, I, J, K, M, N, O, P, Q, R, S, T & W). This involves installing a new standing seam metal panel roof system with underlayment and flashing.

3. **Additional Work**: Preparation and painting of vents and equipment frames; cleaning impacted areas; repairs to drives and lawns; maintaining watertight conditions during construction; and ensuring compliance with asbestos regulations.
