Galbreath Marshall Roof Replacement

Background
The County of Culpeper is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to establish a firm fixed price contract for the Galbreath-Marshall Building Roof Replacement Project.

The project aims to replace the existing roofing system at the specified location, ensuring compliance with all applicable state and county building codes.

Work Details
The scope of work includes furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary for the complete construction and installation of the roof replacement.

This specifically involves the replacement of approximately 17,570 square feet of existing EPDM roofing with new roofing and insulation. All construction must adhere to existing State and County building codes, and it is the contractor's responsibility to be aware of all applicable standards and specifications.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed within a timeframe that will be specified in the final contract agreement.
