Bidders must be licensed as a Class A Contractor for bids over $120,000, Class B Contractor for bids between $10,000 and $120,000, or Class C Contractor for bids up to $10,000. Non-resident contractors must register with the Department of Labor and Industry. A bid bond of 5% of the base bid is required. Successful bidders must also obtain a Pulaski County Business license before commencing work.
