Emporia AHQ Roof Replacement

Background
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) for the renovation of the Emporia AHQ. This project includes significant structural modifications aimed at replacing the roof and enlarging vehicle parking openings. The goal is to ensure that the facility meets current operational needs.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
