Classroom Furniture: Furnish, Install, & Deliver Northern Virginia Community College

Background
The Virginia Community College Shared Services Center (SSC) is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish and install classroom furniture for Northern Virginia Community College.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the learning environment by providing necessary furniture to various classrooms located at 2645 Campus Drive, Woodbridge, VA.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing, delivering, and installing a variety of classroom furniture items as specified in the solicitation.
The required items include:
- 116 KI Limelite™ High Density Stack Chairs
- 20 KI Limelite™ High Density Armless Stools
- 32 KI Limelite™ Adjustable Armless Task Chairs
- 7 KI Limelite™ Task Chairs
- 6 KI Limelite™ Task Stools
- 3 KI Adjustable Height Stout Tables (48" x 72")
- 2 KI Adjustable Height Stout Tables (24" x 72")
- 10 KI Tributaire™ C-leg tables (48" diameter)
- Additional tables and chairs as specified for various classrooms.
The contractor must ensure that all items meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation, including color and design requirements.
Delivery and installation must be coordinated with the college's schedule, with a requirement for a Certificate of Insurance prior to commencing work.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is anticipated to begin on April 8, 2025, with all deliveries and installations to be completed by June 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Northern Virginia Community College, specifically at the Seefeldt Building located at 2645 Campus Drive, Woodbridge, VA.
