Campbell County Utilities and Service Authority Multiple Wastewater Pump Station Electrical Improvements

Background
The Campbell County Utilities and Service Authority (CCUSA) is seeking bids for electrical improvements at multiple wastewater pump stations.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the electrical systems at the 460 East Wastewater Pump Station and Flat Creek Wastewater Pump Station, ensuring reliable operation and compliance with current standards.
This project aligns with CCUSA's mission to provide efficient utility services to the community.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Provide a new pump control cabinet with soft starts and extend the electrical canopy at the 460 East Wastewater Pump Station as per the drawings titled '460 East WWPS Electrical Control Upgrades' dated September 13, 2024.
2. Provide a new pump control cabinet and extend the electrical canopy at the Flat Creek WWPS according to the drawings titled 'Flat Creek WWPS Electrical Control Upgrades' dated September 13, 2024.
3. Re-locate and modify an emergency generator from Flat Creek WWPS to the CCUSA Timberlake Office.
4. Provide a new emergency generator and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) at Flat Creek WWPS, including a temporary generator during this process, as outlined in the drawings titled 'Flat Creek WWPS and Timberlake Office Generator Improvements' dated September 13, 2024.
5. Complete any additional work as shown in the project manual and drawings.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence within 10 business days of receiving the Notice to Proceed.
It must be substantially completed within a specified number of calendar days as detailed in the bid form.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at two locations:
460 East Wastewater Pump Station and Flat Creek Wastewater Pump Station, both located in Campbell County, Virginia.
