Background
The City of Virginia Beach, through its Conventions and Visitors Bureau, is seeking qualified individuals and organizations to provide beach equipment rental services. This initiative aims to enhance the recreational offerings available to visitors at the city's beaches, aligning with the city's mission to promote tourism and provide quality services to its guests.

Work Details
The contract includes the rental of various beach equipment such as beach chairs, loungers, umbrellas, cabanas, canopies, and other related items. The selected contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is in good condition and available for rental during the designated periods.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to continue until the end of the beach season in 2025. Specific dates will be determined based on operational needs.
