Audio Visual Services for Annual Public Defenders Conference

Background
The Virginia Indigent Defense Commission (VIDC) is seeking one (1) contractor to perform audio visual services for the Annual Public Defender Conference. The purpose of the contract is to provide audio visual services for the conference, which includes setting up and managing audio-visual equipment and accessories at the Virginia Beach Convention Center.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide various audio-visual equipment and services, including wireless lapel microphones, LCD projectors and screens, computer audio connections, A/V carts/tables, and technician support throughout the conference. The contractor must also inspect the A/V equipment daily to ensure functionality and reliability, and replace any defective equipment promptly. The VIDC reserves the right to use its own A/V equipment at no additional cost. It's important to note that no portion of the work shall be subcontracted.

Period of Performance
The contract period is from September 30, 2024, to October 3, 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Virginia Beach Convention Center, 1000 19th Street, Virginia Beach, VA 23451.
