Background
The Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) is seeking bids for the purchase of Serrated Cam Cutters with Knurled Spacers for the Boat Harbor Treatment Plant located at 300 Terminal Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607.
The goal of this solicitation is to establish a contract through competitive bidding for these specific proprietary items, as substitutes will not be accepted.

Work Details
The contractor shall supply and deliver the following equipment:
1. Monster Renew Cam Cutter, PN 30004T-1200 - Specifications include:
- 17T Serrated Cam Cutters with Knurled Spacers
- 1:1 Stack Hardened Alloy STL
- Buna N Elastomers
- Cork & Rubber Gaskets
- Motor Type: Electric (Less Motor, Less Reducer, Less Spool, Less 4" Pipe Dia. Unibody Housing)
- Paint Epoxy Green

2. Cutter stack Spare, Unit PN 10000-0804-DI - Specifications include:
- 11T Cam Cutters
- 1:1 Stack Hardened Alloy STL
- Buna N Elastomers
- Cork & Rubber Gaskets
- Motor Type: Electric (Less Motor, Less Reducer, With 04' Main Housing)
- Paint Epoxy Green

3. Freight costs must be bid as a firm fixed cost and shall not exceed the amount specified. If no charge for freight is applicable, please enter $0.01 for bid submission purposes only.

Period of Performance
The due date for responses is September 19, 2024, at 14:30 Eastern Time.
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue as specified in the contract terms.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the equipment is the Boat Harbor Treatment Plant at 300 Terminal Avenue, Newport News, VA 23607.
