Background
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is issuing this solicitation for the Lynchburg District Office Life Safety Improvements Phase 2 project. The goal of this contract is to enhance life safety through electrical service upgrades across multiple buildings located at the Lynchburg District Complex, specifically at 4219 Campbell Avenue, Lynchburg, VA 24501.

Work Details
