156-25-152 John Deere Gator and Attachments

Background
The Commonwealth of Virginia, through the Department of State Police, is issuing this Unsealed Invitation for Bid (UIFB) to solicit bids for the purchase of one (1) John Deere Gator or an equivalent utility vehicle (UTV) along with necessary attachments.
The purpose is to establish a contract with a qualified firm to fulfill this requirement, ensuring that the products meet specified standards and are delivered to the designated location in North Chesterfield, Virginia.

Work Details
The contractor shall provide one (1) utility vehicle and attachments meeting the specifications of a John Deere XUV825M S4 or an approved equivalent.
The vehicle must include:
- 4-passenger seating
- Gas-powered engine with minimum 812cc displacement
- 4WD with selectable drive modes
- Minimum ground clearance of 8 inches
- Fully independent suspension system
- Top speed of at least 30 mph
- Digital display with hour meter and diagnostics
- Cargo box with minimum 1,000 lb. capacity and hydraulic lift
- Front brush guard
- Occupant protection system (OPS)
- High-back seats with seat belts for all passengers
- Poly roof and windshield.

Required standard options include specific color and tire specifications. Dealer-installed attachments include Camso tracks, floormats, OPS windshield kit, cab heater kits, LED lights, and a WARN winch among others. Additionally, an AG sprayer is required as part of the additional attachments.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence from the date of award until delivery of goods is completed.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the goods is specified as FOB Destination to 7700 Midlothian Turnpike, North Chesterfield, Virginia 23235.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be manufacturer authorized dealers or distributors for the listed goods and services. They must provide a complete bid including pricing for every item in a single lot; failure to do so will result in non-responsiveness.
Bidders are required to submit necessary forms including acknowledgment of addenda and warranty information. Additionally, bidders must be registered in eVA to submit their bids.
