156-25-148 Furnish and Install Leer Truck Caps and Decked Drawer System

Background
The Commonwealth of Virginia, through the Department of State Police, is seeking qualified bidders to furnish and install Leer Truck Caps and Decked Bed Storage Systems on four 2024 Chevrolet Silverado 1500s.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the operational capabilities of the Virginia State Police by equipping their vehicles with specialized storage solutions.
The installation will take place at the Virginia State Police Headquarters located at 7700 Midlothian Turnpike, North Chesterfield, Virginia.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following items and services:
1. Furnish and install 4 units of Leer Truck Cap (Part Number: 100RC-F135) including installation charges.
2. Furnish and install 4 units of Leer 7-Way Harness Int Power (Part Number: 300100) including installation charges.
3. Furnish and install 4 units of Clamp G-959 -DCC w/Toolbox (Part Number: G-959) including installation charges.
4. Furnish and install 4 units of Decked CargoGlide SERIES 63"X48" 1500# (Part Number: CG15006348) including installation charges.
5. Furnish and install 4 units of Decked Bed Storage System (Part Number: XG6) including installation charges.
All products must be brand name only with no substitutions or alternates permitted.

Period of Performance
The contract period is designated as a spot buy, with bids due by April 8, 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Virginia State Police Headquarters located at 7700 Midlothian Turnpike, North Chesterfield, Virginia.
