San Juan Hospital General Contractor Services

Background
The Division of Purchasing is issuing a solicitation for General Contractor Services for San Juan Hospital. This initiative is part of their mission to enhance public procurement processes, having recently migrated to a new Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) platform.

The goal of this contract is to provide comprehensive construction and maintenance services that align with the hospital's operational needs.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing various construction materials and services, including but not limited to:
- Roads and landscape materials such as asphalts, soil stabilizers, artificial turf, and construction aggregates (rock, gravel, sand).
- Structural components including lumber, angles, beams, rails, posts, grating, rods, profiles, plates, foils, and channels.
- Concrete products including cement, plaster, lime, mortars.
- Insulation materials including pipe insulation and thermal insulation.
- Exterior finishing materials such as rain gutters, fencing, roofing materials and accessories.
- Interior finishing materials including wallboard, drywall, ceiling materials, molding, cabinetry and various flooring options (carpet, vinyl, stone or tile).
- Doors and windows including garage doors and operators.
- Plumbing fixtures such as faucets and shower heads.
- Construction support equipment like ladders and scaffolding.

Period of Performance
The contract is set to open on November 13, 2024 at 3:00 PM MST and will close on December 3, 2024 at 10:00 AM MST.

Place of Performance
The services are to be performed at San Juan Hospital.
