Background
The Utah Division of Animal Industries is issuing this Request for Statement of Qualifications (RFSQ) to obtain qualifications from companies interested in providing livestock market reports.

This initiative aims to assemble and disseminate production statistics, market, and trade information concerning demand, supply, prevailing prices, and commercial movements. The goal is to support Utah producers in making informed business decisions by providing accurate market information. This effort is in cooperation with the USDA Agricultural Marketing Service.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for assembling and disseminating livestock market reports for every auction house in Utah.

This includes gathering production statistics and providing detailed market and trade information regarding demand, supply, prevailing prices, and commercial movements related to livestock auctions. The work will also involve ensuring that the reports are accurate and timely to assist producers in their decision-making processes.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will continue for a duration specified in the final agreement, with specific timelines for report submissions as outlined in the Scope of Work.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily in Sevier County, Utah, covering all auction houses within the state.
