Executive Recruiting Services

Background
The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is seeking Executive Recruiting Services to assist the State and all eligible users in finding, recruiting, and hiring qualified Executive Leaders to work in key positions within the State of Utah. The Division of Purchasing has two existing contracts providing these services, with a combined usage of approximately $400,000.00 over the past five years.

Work Details
The services required include executive search, placement, and recruitment services for executives in the public sector. The selected vendor must be able to fulfill the scope of work for an executive search as detailed under offeror expectations, have a minimum of six years of professional executive search experience, and professional experience recruiting executives in the public sector. The vendor must charge via a flat rate structure for all costs related to search services and have the capacity and resources to absorb the workload demands from organizations with over 20,000 employees.

Period of Performance
The resulting contract will be for a period of FIVE (5) years.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed within the State of Utah.
