Education Technology Management System

Background
The Utah State Board of Education (USBE) is seeking to contract with a company(s) to provide an education technology management system at a state and local level. The purpose of this solicitation is to organize, streamline, rapidly analyze, and improve the fidelity of digital teaching and learning for Local Education Agencies (LEAs). The funding available for this project is $1,800,000.00 per state fiscal year.

Work Details
The contract resulting from this RFP will be for up to FIVE years. The system should allow LEAs to organize, streamline, rapidly analyze, and improve the fidelity of their digital teaching and learning.

The solicitation includes specialized educational services including fine arts, music, drama, military education, schools for people with disabilities, management education and training services, information technology software including computer software, developmental and professional teaching aids and materials and accessories and supplies, information technology services including cloud services, data services, rental or leasing services, online database subscription services, programming and hardware or software engineering, applications training services.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of up to FIVE years.

Place of Performance
The geographic location(s) for the contract performance will be at the state and local level.
