Background
The Daggett County Division of Purchasing is seeking to develop a Comprehensive Emergency Operations Plan. This initiative aims to enhance the county's preparedness and response capabilities in emergency situations. The plan will serve as a framework for managing emergencies effectively, ensuring the safety and well-being of the community.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing management advisory services and consulting, including project management, industrial management, construction management, and quality assurance.

Additionally, professional engineering services are required. These encompass civil engineering, landscape consulting, programming/master planning, architectural and engineering design/consulting, inspection certification services, testing/geotechnical services, hazardous materials services, and commissioning services.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on March 27, 2025, and conclude by July 13, 2025.
