Architectural Services - Brockbank JHS STEM Project

Background
Granite School District is seeking qualified vendors to provide architectural services for the Brockbank Junior High School STEM project.
The district aims to enhance educational facilities through this initiative, aligning with its mission to support student learning and development.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing comprehensive architectural services, which include but are not limited to:
- Professional engineering services (including civil engineering)
- Landscape consulting
- Programming/master planning
- Architectural and engineering design/consulting
- Inspection certification services
- Testing/geotechnical services
- Hazardous materials service
- Commissioning services.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until project completion as specified in the attached event document.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Brockbank Junior High School located within the Granite School District.
