Workforce Solutions Alamo (WSA) is seeking proposals from professional, qualified individuals, institutions, and organizations to provide Work Readiness Training and preparation for the work experience placement. These activities will be held at facilities designated by the training provider, located within the Alamo Workforce Development Area (AWDA), and/or offered online. Contractor will perform "as-needed" services upon request by WSA in accordance with the Statement of Work, provisions of this contract agreement and its attachments found herein, and all Applicable Law and WSA Policies and Procedures, attached. Allowable outreach and promotional materials for WSA funded programs have been defined by TWC Notice WD 17-10 in accordance with FMGC.Agency shall demonstrate written evidence of past performance and business endeavors that align with the purpose, values, and vision of WSA, to provide exemplary cost-effective Staffing service solutions consistent with the requirements and specifications of the RFP.

Background
Workforce Solutions Alamo (WSA) is seeking proposals from qualified individuals, institutions, and organizations to provide Work Readiness Training and preparation for work experience placements. The goal is to strengthen the Alamo Regional economy by connecting talent pipelines to employers.

The services will be conducted at designated facilities within the Alamo Workforce Development Area (AWDA) and/or offered online. WSA aims to support job seekers, dislocated workers, veterans, individuals with disabilities, youth (ages 16-24), and those seeking childcare assistance.

Work Details
The contractor will provide Work Readiness Training designed to help participants gain work skills, build self-confidence, network with others, receive guidance on performance, and explore various career fields. The curriculum must align with industry standards and include topics such as:

- Work Readiness Introduction
- Employer Expectations
- Time Management
- Communication/Teamwork
- Decision-Making/Problem-Solving
- Skills to Succeed.

Services will be performed 'as-needed' upon request by WSA in accordance with the Statement of Work and all applicable laws and WSA policies.

Period of Performance
The contract duration is for a 12-month period effective upon award, with the option for two one-year renewals upon mutual consent.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at facilities designated by the training provider within the Alamo Workforce Development Area (AWDA) and/or offered online.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must demonstrate written evidence of past performance in providing similar services within the last three years for a Non-Profit, Municipal, or Government Agency. Additionally, they must comply with all applicable federal statutes and regulations. Small, Minority Women and Veteran-owned businesses are encouraged to respond. Proof of insurance is required prior to commencing work under the contract.
