TTUS Professional Services 3-Year Pre-Qualification 2025-2028 RFQ

Background
The Texas Tech University System (Texas Tech) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified professional services providers to be included on a three-year pre-qualified professional services directory.

This directory will allow Texas Tech and its five component universities to select providers for project-specific professional services. The RFQ outlines the terms, conditions, and requirements for inclusion in this directory, which is intended to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project execution across the system.

Work Details
The professional services required include architectural, engineering, interior design, and landscape architectural services as defined by the State of Texas Government Code.

Respondents must demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience in providing these services for commercial construction projects within Texas. The evaluation criteria for SOQs include the firm's business structure, financial position, claims history, insurance capacity, number of licensed practitioners in Texas, HUB certification status, relevant experience in higher education projects, and ability to follow directions. All documentation must be submitted electronically via the Trimble Unity Construct (formerly e-Builder) Bid Portal.

Period of Performance
The pre-qualification period will be effective from January 6, 2025, to January 5, 2028.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily in Lubbock, Texas, at various campuses within the Texas Tech University System.
