Staffing and Related Services

Background
The Harris County Department of Education (HCDE) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP #25/032SG) for Staffing and Related Services as part of its cooperative contract with Choice Partners National Purchasing Cooperative.

HCDE aims to provide quality staffing solutions to its members and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Work Details
The contract will cover the provision of staffing services which may include but are not limited to: recruitment, placement, and management of staff across various educational institutions.

Vendors must ensure that all services meet the minimum quality standards as defined in the RFP and comply with applicable regulations. The scope includes providing qualified personnel for educational settings, ensuring that all staff meet necessary qualifications and training requirements.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract is one year, with the option for HCDE to renew for up to four additional one-year terms.

There may also be a 90-day transitional period at the end of any term.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily in Harris County, Texas, and may extend to other locations as required by HCDE or its members.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with specific certifications such as M/WBE or HUB status if applicable.

They are required to submit various documents including financial statements, references from previous clients, insurance certifications, and any applicable licenses. Vendors must also demonstrate their ability to meet delivery requirements and provide a comprehensive marketing plan.
