SSC 2024-06351 BLCC Testing Center Renovation

Background
The contract is issued by SSC Services for Education on behalf of Texas A&M University. The mission of the agency is to provide educational support services. The goal of this contract is to renovate the BLCC Testing Center to enhance its functionality for testing purposes.

Work Details
The project involves the remodeling of an existing 7200 square foot computer lab space in the Business Library and Collaboration Commons (BLCC) Building. The renovation will create multiple large testing areas, an entry with check-in, a locker area, a check-out area, troubleshooting space, staff work areas, offices, restrooms, and several private testing rooms.

Special attention will be given to lighting and acoustics throughout the renovated spaces.

Period of Performance
The project start and finish dates are to be determined (TBD).

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at College Station, TX, specifically at 214 Olsen Blvd, Business Library and Collaboration Commons, Building 1511.
