Secure Service Desk

Background
The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) on behalf of the Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) to solicit respondents for a contract to provide Specops Secure Service Desk.
This service aims to enhance cybersecurity protection by managing and resolving cybersecurity incidents and service requests, thereby supporting the agency's mission to protect vulnerable populations in Texas.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the Specops Secure Service Desk, which includes continuous monitoring, threat response, and secure handling of sensitive information.
The services are expected to cover all DFPS Regions 1-11. Respondents must propose a software subscription for Specops services on the provided pricing sheet.
Additional written reports may be required upon request from DFPS, adhering to their specified format. Compliance with the DFPS Vendor Uniform is mandatory.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term will commence on the date of award and will last for 12 months, with two optional one-year renewals available at DFPS's discretion.

Place of Performance
Services may be provided in one or more of the DFPS Regions across Texas.
