The City of Port Arthur, Texas is issuing an Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the repair of the Sabine Pass Community Center Spray Pad. - Repairing or replacing any damaged features within the spray pad area.

The contract will be performed from May 7, 2025, following the bid award, with specific timelines for completion to be determined based on contractor proposals.

The work will be performed at the Sabine Pass Community Center located at 5262 S Gulfway Dr, Sabine Pass, TX 77655.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a completed bid sheet along with several notarized affidavits including a Non-Collusion Affidavit, an Affidavit regarding outstanding debts with the City, a Conflict of Interest form, a Chapter 2252 Certification, and a House Bill 89 Verification. Bidders must also have insurance coverage as specified in the ITB.
