RFQ - Flooring Services

Background
Angelo State University (ASU), a member of The Texas Tech University System, is seeking Statements of Qualifications for Flooring Services from qualified firms.
The goal of this contract is to engage a flooring services firm that will work cooperatively with ASU, its Owners’ Representative, and Design Professionals to complete various flooring projects within budget and on schedule.

Work Details
The selected flooring services firm will provide a range of flooring solutions across various university buildings on the ASU campus.
The scope of work includes the installation of:
- Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT)
- Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT)
- Polished Concrete
- Broadloom Carpet
- Carpet Squares
- Wood Laminate
- Ceramic Tile
- Porcelain Tile
Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for base and transition materials as required.
All work must comply with applicable city and state codes and will be supervised by a representative from ASU.

Period of Performance
The contract will remain effective until August 31, 2028, with specific project timelines determined based on individual flooring project requests.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations on the Angelo State University campus in San Angelo, Texas.
