Description

The University of Houston Athletics Department is seeking proposals from external production companies to package at minimum the required number of intercollegiate athletic events as set by the Conference and associated media contracts (currently minimum of 50 events per year) projected to begin in August 2024. The format will be 720p or 1080i. Please provide per-game pricing and note if there are any volume discounts after a certain number of events. As part of the proposal, please provide a short executive summary of company operations, and historical experience producing college sporting events.

Respondents are encouraged to propose contractual arrangements offering the maximum benefit to the University in terms of (1) services to the University, (2) total overall cost to the University, and (3) project management expertise. Proposers should describe all educational, state, and local government discounts, as well as any other applicable discounts that may be available to the University in a contract for Services.

RESPONDENTS ARE CAUTIONED TO READ THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS RFP CAREFULLY AND TO SUBMIT A COMPLETE RESPONSE TO ALL REQUIREMENTS AND QUESTIONS AS DIRECTED.
