(RFP 25-010) Leasing of Warehouse Space

Background
The El Paso Independent School District (EPISD) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and/or individuals for the leasing of warehouse space. The goal of this contract is to secure at least 30,000 square feet of warehouse space for storing furniture, fixtures, and equipment related to various District projects.

The preferred location for the warehouse is near the El Paso International Airport or the existing EPISD warehouse at 4900 Woodrow Bean, but all locations within the political boundaries of the District will be considered.

Work Details
The contractor will provide at least 30,000 square feet of warehouse space suitable for storing furniture, fixtures, and equipment. The space must be accessible and meet the operational needs of the EPISD.

Specific requirements regarding the condition and features of the warehouse may be detailed in the specifications available through the EPISD e-Bid portal.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue as specified in the final agreement, with proposals due by January 15, 2025.

Place of Performance
The warehouse space can be located anywhere within the political boundaries of the El Paso Independent School District, with a preference for proximity to El Paso International Airport or the existing EPISD warehouse at 4900 Woodrow Bean Dr., El Paso, TX.
