RFP 2025-002 Purchase of: Marketing/Outreach Services

Background
Workforce Solutions Alamo (WSA) is seeking proposals for a qualified marketing firm to provide Marketing/Outreach Services. WSA serves as the governing board for the regional workforce system in a 13-county area, aiming to strengthen the local economy by connecting talent with employers.

The organization focuses on innovative strategies to support workforce development and enhance community engagement.

Work Details
The selected contractor will provide various marketing services including: developing outreach strategies, creating promotional materials (such as leave-behinds, posters, and digital ads), supporting content development for websites and social media, assisting in public relations events, and conducting a marketing/outreach review every six months.

The contractor must demonstrate experience with similar services for non-profit or government agencies within the past three years. Specific tasks include collaborating with WSA staff, designing graphics for career centers, and developing a social media calendar that aligns with sector-based industries.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for a 12-month period upon approval, with the possibility of three one-year renewals based on mutual consent.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the 13-county region served by Workforce Solutions Alamo, which includes Atascosa, Bandera, Bexar, Comal, Frio, Gillespie, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, McMullen, Medina and Wilson counties.
