RFCSP769-25-996ER 2022 CCAP UNTHSC Health Pavilion Floors 1 & 6

Background
The project is initiated by the University of North Texas Health Science Center (UNTHSC) for the renovation of the Health Pavilion, which serves as the primary location for patient care on the HSC campus.
The goal is to update and enhance the facilities on the 1st and 6th floors as part of the overall Capital Construction and Improvement Program (CCAP).
Recent renovations have been made to other floors, and now Levels 1 and 6 are due for their updates.

Work Details
The general contractor will provide comprehensive construction services for the renovation of the Health Pavilion on the 1st and 6th floors.
This includes providing new finishes in designated areas to improve patient care environments.
Specific tasks may involve remodeling, alterations, and construction improvements as outlined in the project manuals and drawings provided in the attachments.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence following the proposal submission deadline on November 21, 2024, with a timeline for completion to be determined based on project scope and contractor scheduling.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Health Pavilion building located on the University of North Texas Health Science Center campus.
