Background
The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contracts for quarterly grease trap cleaning at the Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center (SSLC).

The goal of this contract is to ensure proper maintenance and sanitation of grease traps, which is essential for the facility's operations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for performing quarterly grease trap cleaning services at the Corpus Christi SSLC. This includes:
- Regular inspection and maintenance of grease traps to prevent blockages and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Removal of accumulated grease, sludge, and debris from the traps.
- Proper disposal of waste materials in accordance with local environmental regulations.
- Documentation of services performed, including before-and-after photographs, service dates, and any recommendations for further maintenance or repairs.

Period of Performance
The contract will be executed on a quarterly basis, with services scheduled every three months over the duration of the contract.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Corpus Christi State Supported Living Center located in Corpus Christi, Texas.
