Pressure Washing Services

Background
This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) pursuant to Chapter 44.031 of the Texas Education Code. Houston Community College (“HCC” and/or the College) seeks proposals from qualified firms to provide Pressure Washing Services. The college's service area includes Houston Independent School District, Katy, Spring Branch, Alief Independent School Districts, Stafford Municipal District, and the Fort Bend portion of Missouri City. The estimated annual contract spend is $300,000 with no guaranteed annual volumes. The anticipated solicitation schedule includes milestone dates such as RFP release on May 29, 2024; a non-mandatory face-to-face Pre-submittal Meeting on June 13, 2024; deadline for written questions/inquiries on June 18, 2024; responses to written questions/inquiries on June 25, 2024; proposal submittal due date on July 3, 2024; and anticipated board recommendation and approval in August 2024.
