Pressure Washing and Power Sweeping

Background
The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center (MD Anderson) is seeking a qualified contractor to perform pressure washing and power sweeping services for its parking garages.

MD Anderson operates six parking garages totaling 3,320,409 square feet with 8,537 parking spaces located in the vicinity of the Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas. The goal of this contract is to maintain cleanliness and safety in these facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and services necessary for pressure washing and power sweeping at MD Anderson's parking operations.

Specific tasks include:
- Pressure washing of all surfaces within the parking garages.
- Power sweeping to remove debris and maintain cleanliness.
- Compliance with all local, state, and federal environmental regulations during service delivery.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and will continue for a specified duration as outlined in the final agreement.

Proposals are due by February 26, 2025.
