Work Details
The contract is for pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and physical exams. Offerors may submit proposals electronically through the City of Lubbock’s partner’s website, Bonfire. The proposal submission deadline is August 01, 2024, prior to 3:00 P.M. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on July 24, at 10:00 A.M. via teleconference.
The contract term shall be for one (1) year, with the option of four (4), one-year extensions.

Period of Performance
The contract shall be for a term of one (1) year, with the option of four (4), one year extensions, said date of term beginning upon formal approval. This Contract will renew automatically for the additional terms, unless either Party gives 90-day written notice to terminate the Contract.
