TSTC has invited qualified firms to submit proposals for providing pest control services to ensure a pest-free environment across various facilities.

Work Details
The chosen firm will be responsible for managing and executing pest control operations, including termite inspection and control, bird proofing, animal trapping, rodent control, exterminating, and fumigation. The contract is valid for one year with the option to extend for another year. Prices are fixed for the first year, and any increases during the renewal period must receive prior approval from TSTC. A HUB Subcontracting Plan is required if the contract exceeds $100,000. The optional pre-bid conference will be held at 1902 N. Loop 499 Harlingen Tx 78550 on May 21st, 2024 at 9:30am CST.

Period of Performance
The agreement is valid for a period of one year with the option to extend for one year.
