Parking Garage Clean Up - UT Football Games, Austin, TX

Background
The Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) is seeking bids for cleaning state parking garages after University of Texas (UT) football games. This initiative is in accordance with the Texas Government Code and aims to maintain cleanliness and safety in state-owned facilities used during these events.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for cleaning the following garages:

- Garage B: 766 spaces, 269,087 sq ft
- Garage Q: 735 spaces, 277,700 sq ft
- Garage R: 1,510 spaces, 512,511 sq ft

This totals 3,011 spaces and 1,059,298 sq ft. The scope of work includes:

- Cleaning the garage(s) entirely
- Mopping stairways and elevators
- Removing all trash from the garage and surrounding grounds
- Replacing trash bags in receptacles
- Sweeping and removing broken glass
- Collecting cigarette butts and other debris
- Removing items left behind
- Washing areas with vomit or waste
- Ensuring all debris is cleared from all levels of the garage.

Services must commence on September 1, 2024, after each scheduled UT home football game, starting no later than 6 a.m. and completing by 3 p.m. A 40-yard dumpster must be provided by the contractor before each game. Callback service inspections will be conducted by TFC after each cleaning to ensure compliance with standards.

Period of Performance
The contract term is from August 30, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at state parking garages located at various addresses on San Jacinto Blvd., Austin, TX.
