Mowing Services for Lubbock State Supported Living Center

Background
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is an agency within the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) system. The Procurement and Contracting Services (PCS) division of HHSC administers Invitations for Bids (IFBs) for HHS. HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contracts for Mowing Services at the Lubbock State Supported Living Center, located at 3401 North University, Lubbock, Texas 79415. Both HHS Agencies, HHSC and DSHS, will be entitled to use any contract awarded as a result of this IFB.

Work Details
The required services include:
- Mowing the grass and blowing off the sidewalks around the buildings of the entire Lubbock SSLC Campus according to the map listed as Exhibit F in this solicitation.
- Services are to be performed once a month for a period of 6 months.
- The Contractor must schedule mowing service with the Facility Maintenance Director.
- The Contractor shall sign in at the Maintenance Office upon every visit to the campus and comply with all rules and safety requirements set forth by Lubbock SSLC or other Federal, state, and local laws or ordinances while on campus.
- A trained crew that is knowledgeable and skilled must be provided by the Contractor to perform these services.

Period of Performance
The mowing services will be performed once a month over a period of 6 months.
