Monolith Forensics Case Management Software

Background
The Department of Public Safety (DPS) of the State of Texas is issuing this solicitation for Monolith Forensics Case Management Software to assist in digital forensics and casework management.
The goal is to enhance the capabilities of DPS in managing forensic cases effectively.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of Monolith Pro-Digital Forensics Case Management Software, including an Enterprise License that allows for 5 user licenses and an additional 25 user licenses.
The software must meet all specifications outlined in the solicitation, including compliance with Texas Government Code § 2155.067, which indicates that the requested items are sole source or proprietary to one manufacturer.
The contractor must also develop a transition plan if a new contractor is awarded a subsequent competitive solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contract term commences on the effective date stated in the signing document and expires one year from that effective date.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at locations designated by the Department of Public Safety within the State of Texas.
