Background
The Port of Houston Authority (PHA) of Harris County, Texas is seeking to procure light-duty industrial fans as part of their operational needs. The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of reliable and efficient fans for use in various applications within PHA facilities.

Work Details
The Vendor shall provide light-duty industrial fans as specified in the Purchase Order (PO). The items must conform to industry standards and specifications outlined in the solicitation documents.

The Vendor is responsible for packaging the items according to good commercial practices and supplying a delivery ticket upon delivery. Delivery terms are F.O.B. to PHA facilities during normal business days and hours. The Vendor must also perform any services related to the installation or setup of these fans as specified in the PO and related documents.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period defined by the delivery schedule specified in the PO, which will be determined upon acceptance of the Vendor's proposal.
