Background
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is seeking proposals for the design and installation of a new HVAC system for inmate housing in buildings A-F at the Gurney Unit located in Palestine, Texas. The performance period for this contract is set at 390 days from the date designated in the Notice to Proceed. Mobilization should begin within 30 days of receipt of this notice, with actual work commencing within 45 days.
