GIS Infrastructure Technology Support

Background
The University of Texas System Administration is seeking proposals for GIS Infrastructure Technology Support.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the GIS capabilities and infrastructure within the UT System, ensuring efficient data management and support for various GIS applications.

Work Details
The contractor will provide comprehensive GIS infrastructure technology support services, which may include software maintenance and updates, data hosting services, software updating and upgrading services, and testing of systems.
Specific tasks may involve mapping and geographical information system (GIS) services, including cartography and surveying services that are not aerial.
The contractor is expected to deliver a range of documents as part of their submission, including execution of offer, pricing and delivery schedule, proposer’s general questionnaire, addenda checklist, HUB subcontracting plan, written statements or agreements, consent forms regarding access by individuals with disabilities, HECVAT documentation, and information security requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and is expected to last until the completion of all required services as outlined in the proposal.
The question period for this opportunity starts on January 10, 2025, and ends on January 24, 2025.
Submissions must be finalized by February 7, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations within the University of Texas System's geographic area as needed for GIS technology support.
