This Request for Bids (RFB) seeks qualified General Contractors for the interior demolition of the Cameron Center located at 7901 Cameron Road, Austin, TX 78754. The project involves three buildings with specific dimensions and operational utilities.

Work Details
The project site consists of three buildings:
- Building 1: two stories with approximately 16,202 square feet
- Building 2: three stories with approximately 49,055 square feet
- Building 3: three stories with approximately 51,836 square feet.

The buildings have active water and electric utilities but no gas services. They are not equipped with sprinklers; however, elevators and fire alarm systems are operational. The contractor must comply with all City of Austin requirements resulting from the expedited permitting process. The estimated budget for the demolition is $1,500,000.
