Florence Exit Gate Repair

Background
The Department of Public Safety (DPS) is seeking bids to replace the exit gate at the main entrance of the Florence Tactical Training Facility.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the facility's security and functionality by providing a new gate system.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment and materials for the exit gate repair, including:
- New HySecurity II SlideDriver 40 USP Gate Operator
- New HyCharger UPS System with Cabinet (Battery Back-Up)
- 2 Loop Detectors
- 25’ New Drive Rail.
The contractor must also ensure compliance with all specifications outlined in the Statement of Work exhibit, which includes project management, safety protocols, and quality assurance measures.

Period of Performance
The contract term commences on the effective date stated in the signing document and expires five (5) months from that effective date.
DPS reserves the right to extend continued performance for no more than a six-month period if necessary.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Florence Tactical Training Facility located at 810 CO Rd 240, Florence, Texas 76527.
