Electrical Cord

Background
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is seeking bids to establish a blanket purchase order for the procurement of electrical cord for resale in TDCJ commissaries statewide.
This solicitation is being advertised under Section 2155.067 of the Texas Government Code, which mandates that only bids conforming exactly to the specified brand names, make, and model numbers will be considered for award.

Work Details
The contract involves providing Electrical Cord, specifically a two-outlet power strip that meets the following specifications:
- Must be translucent ('see-thru') on all sides
- Equipped with tamper-proof screws and an on/off switch
- Maximum load of 15 amps with a resettable circuit breaker
- Rated for 120 volts, 60 Hz, UL listed
- Cord length must be between 2.5 feet (minimum) and 3 feet (maximum)
- Manufacturer: Cleartech, Model Number: CTPS200.
Each package must be UPC barcoded for individual sales and receiving purposes. Bidders are required to provide a specification sheet including a picture with their bid to be considered for award.

Period of Performance
The blanket purchase order agreement will be effective from the date of award through August 31, 2025.
Orders will be placed on an 'as needed' basis based on warehouse quantities and usage.

Deliveries are to be made to the Huntsville Commissary Warehouse located at 1621 State Highway 75, Huntsville, TX 77320.
